I started Arose AI after working with AI since before ChatGPT made it a dinner table conversation. When voice AI became viable in early 2024, I went all in.
We started as a voice AI agency. Receptionists, lead qualification, win-back campaigns, customer support. Over 600,000 calls automated. Real conversations at scale that actually sound like real conversations.
But the more businesses we worked with, the more we realized voice was just one piece of the puzzle. Companies had problems everywhere that AI could solve, and a lot of them were higher value than the phone. The issue was that most of these businesses had no idea where to start.
That's when the pivot clicked. Finding the right problem to solve is just as valuable as having good tech to solve it. So we built out our audit and implementation process. Now we look at the whole business, identify where AI actually makes a difference, and build it. Voice is still part of what we do, but it's one tool in the toolbox instead of the whole thing.
